Because each piece of jewellery is custom-made and uniquely handcrafted, delivery takes a little longer than for standard, non-customised jewellery.
Production Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted and shipped from our workshop.
Delivery Time
Once your unique piece has been made, your package is usually delivered within 5–7 days.
All orders are covered by our guarantee.
This means that you can get a free replacement of your jewellery if you are not satisfied with the result.To be entitled to a replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a complaint with accompanying pictures of your jewellery
