All orders are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee.
This means that you can get a free replacement of your jewellery if you are not satisfied with the result. To be entitled to a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a complaint with associated images.
To cancel or change anything in your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise we have already started creating your product.
Our gold jewellery is plated with real 18K gold to ensure a durable premium piece of jewellery.
In addition, our jewellery is plated using a unique coating method called PVD. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a technology that improves both the durability and appearance of the jewellery.
This protects our jewellery better against wear and oxidation, which means that the jewellery neither discolours nor fades over time.
