Because each piece of jewellery is custom-made, delivery takes slightly longer than for standard, non-customised items.
Production Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted and shipped from our workshop.
Delivery Time
Once your unique piece has been made, your package is usually delivered within 5-7 days.
All orders are covered by our guarantee.
This means that you can get a free replacement of your jewellery if you are not satisfied with the result.To be entitled to a replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a complaint with accompanying pictures of your jewellery
